Product Overview

Inert alumina ceramic balls serve as the foundational packing of chemical reactors and towers, supporting catalyst beds, distributing gas and liquid flow, and protecting sensitive catalysts from direct inlet impact. Their inertness ensures zero interference with process chemistry while their strength withstands thermal cycling and mechanical loads.

Manufactured in 65%, 75%, 90% and 99% Al₂O₃ grades from 3mm to 75mm, our inert balls are fired at high temperature for dense, impermeable structure and are widely specified for ammonia plants, refining units and petrochemical reactors.

Key Features

  • Supports and protects catalyst beds
