Product Overview
Molecular sieve activated powder 3A is a finely milled zeolite that scavenges water from solvent-based and solvent-free systems. Because 3A admits only water, it can be blended into polyurethane paints, adhesives and sealants to prevent CO₂ bubble formation caused by water reacting with isocyanates, without co-adsorbing formulation components.
Our activated powder is dried to extremely low residual moisture and milled to a tight 0-5 micron distribution, dispersing evenly into pigmented systems while maintaining full adsorption capacity.
