Product Overview

Pseudo boehmite (AlOOH·nH₂O) is a crystalline aluminum oxyhydroxide with a lamellar structure that disperses readily in dilute acid to form a thixotropic gel. This gel acts as a powerful inorganic binder, cementing catalytic components into mechanically strong pellets, extrudates and microspheres while contributing its own high surface area to the final catalyst.

Our pseudo boehmite is produced with controlled crystallite size and purity to deliver consistent dispersion behavior, providing the binding strength and pore development that catalyst manufacturers depend on for activated alumina, reforming and FCC-type supports.
