Product Overview
Zeolite ZSM-5 catalyst combines the shape-selective 10-ring pore system of MFI zeolite with carefully optimized acidity, making it one of the most versatile industrial catalysts. It boosts light-olefin yields in FCC units, drives xylene isomerization and alkylation, and is the core of methanol-to-olefins (MTO) processes.
Available as extruded pellets, spheres and fine powder, our ZSM-5 is produced with adjustable silica/alumina ratios (from 25 to 800) to match the acidity and hydrophobicity requirements of each application, and exhibits excellent hydrothermal stability through repeated regenerations.
