Gamma Alumina Oxide Powder
High-surface-area powder for catalysis and adsorption
Active gamma-alumina powder with 200-350 m²/g surface area for catalysts, adsorbents and ceramics.
Product Overview
Gamma alumina oxide powder (γ-Al₂O₃) is the active, high-surface-area phase of aluminum oxide, formed by calcining aluminum hydroxide at 400-700°C. With surface areas of 200-350 m²/g and a well-developed mesopore network, it is the standard raw material for catalyst supports, activated alumina products, ceramic membranes and adsorbents.
Our gamma alumina powder is produced from high-purity raw materials with tight control of surface area, pore volume and impurity levels, and is available in multiple grades to match the requirements of catalyst manufacturers, ceramic producers and polishing formulators.
Key Features
- Surface area 200-350 m²/g by grade
- Uniform mesopore size distribution
- High purity for catalyst applications
- Excellent thermal stability to 1000°C
- Multiple particle-size grades available
