Molecular Sieve 4A
General-purpose deep-drying adsorbent for gas and liquid streams
4A zeolite for deep dehydration of natural gas, LPG and liquid streams with excellent capacity and regeneration economics.
Product Overview
Molecular sieve 4A (Na-A zeolite) is the most widely used general-purpose desiccant, providing deep drying of natural gas, LPG, olefins, solvents and instrument air. With a 4Å pore opening, it adsorbs water and small molecules including CO₂ and H₂S, making it effective in both dehydration and sweetening services.
Manufactured in bead and pellet forms from 1.6mm to 4.8mm, our 4A offers high dynamic water capacity, low pressure drop and dependable regeneration performance, backed by batch-level quality control on every shipment.
Key Features
- Deep dew points below -60°C in gas drying
- Co-adsorbs water, CO₂ and H₂S
- High dynamic capacity in short cycles
- Low dust and attrition for downstream protection
- Standard 3Å/4Å/5Å interchangeable in many dryers
