Extruded cylindrical catalyst carriers deliver a consistent, repeatable geometry with high radial crush strength, making them the workhorse support for a wide range of petrochemical and environmental catalysts. Their dense packing provides high catalyst loading per reactor volume while maintaining acceptable pressure drop.
Available in diameters from 1mm to 6mm and lengths customized per application, our extrudates can be formulated for specific pore size distributions to match the molecular dimensions of the reaction system.
