Product Overview

In the anthraquinone process for hydrogen peroxide production, the working solution must be continuously purified to remove degradation products such as tetrahydroanthraquinone derivatives, organic acids and alkali. Activated alumina selectively adsorbs these impurities, protecting the hydrogenation catalyst and ensuring stable peroxide decomposition control.

Our hydrogen peroxide grade is manufactured with tight quality control to guarantee very low iron and sodium content, preventing catalytic decomposition of H₂O₂ and maximizing yield. Particle sizes of 2-4mm and 3-5mm are supplied for fixed-bed purification towers.
