Reforming Catalyst Support
Low-acid gamma alumina carrier for CCR and semi-regenerative reforming
Carefully controlled alumina support for platinum-based catalytic reforming catalysts with balanced acidity.
Product Overview
Catalytic reforming converts low-octane naphtha into high-octane reformate using platinum or platinum-rhenium catalysts dispersed on an alumina support. The support must provide a carefully controlled acid function to promote isomerization and dehydrocyclization without excessive cracking or coking.
Our reforming catalyst support is manufactured from ultra-pure alumina with tightly controlled sodium, iron and sulfur levels, ensuring the stable, selective acid sites that protect precious-metal performance across the long reforming campaign.
Key Features
- Controlled acidity for balanced reforming activity
- Ultra-low Na, Fe and S impurity levels
- High purity protects platinum dispersion
- Stable pore structure under steam regeneration
- Uniform spheres for even radial flow
